  • Step 1: We will first complete a walkthrough with you to determine the areas you want cleaned and be sure to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

  • Step 5: Deep Cleaning: After the agitation and dwell time, we bring in our powerful equipment and begin cleaning. We use a very high pressured rotary tool removing and absorbing even the deepest embedded dirt from your tile and grout making it look brand new again!
  • Step 6: Sealing (optional but highly recommended): We use a professional grade penetrating sealer that creates an invisible barrier that allows you longer time to wipe clean dirt or spills before they penetrate deep into your tile grout again.
